Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of QuickPlayroom at quickplayroom.com. By playing or signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

QuickPlayroom is a free collection of browser games, run by QuickPlayroom. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. The site is provided for fun and personal use.

Accounts

• You don't need an account to play. If you create one, you must be at least 13, or the minimum age for consent to online services in your country if it is higher.
• You can sign in with a QuickPlayroom username and password, or with an account at a third-party provider (Google, Microsoft, Discord, Facebook or Apple). Keep your password, your recovery code and your provider account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
• We don't hold your email address. If you lose both your password and your recovery code and have no linked provider, we may not be able to give you your account back.
• One person, one account is the expectation. Usernames that break the rules below may be changed or removed.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Display names and fair play

Other players can see your display name. You agree not to:

• use a name that is offensive, hateful or sexual, or that impersonates someone else;
• cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with other people's games;
• attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or try to reach data that isn't yours;
• use the service for anything unlawful.

We may change a display name, remove records, or suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why.

Poker and play chips

Poker on QuickPlayroom uses play chips only. Play chips are free, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value, and have no value. There is no real-money gambling on QuickPlayroom, and nothing can be won.

Content

The games and the site's design belong to QuickPlayroom. Some games use material from other sources under their own licences, for example photographs and recordings from Wikimedia Commons. Credits appear on each game's page.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that a game in progress or a record will never be lost.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, QuickPlayroom is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, arising from your use of a free service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
